Project Brief

Since 2015, MGH Discovered Art, has successfully sold one-of-a-kind, vintage art online. Owner and curator, Michele Hembree, had a good marketing plan in place but wanted to grow her online business and eventually open a storefront gallery in the charming, San Francisco Bay Area island town of Alameda, California.

The Challenge

MGH Discovered Art needed to fine tune its current marketing strategy to reach its online target market more effectively. They wanted advice on their website design, email marketing and social media presence. Simultaneously, MGH desired to re-vamp its existing logo and create a new identity. The new brand identity must embody the unique offering of MGH Discovered Art as one of the few online galleries that offer vintage art by a variety of artists.

The Solution

Over several consulting sessions, we created a marketing action plan for MGH Discovered Art that helped them boost sales by reaching more customers quickly and effectively. Additionally, we developed logo concepts that ranged from modern and serious to more playful and bursting with color. We developed the final logo, using an artistic custom drawn font, that nods to hand-crafted art, just in time for the new gallery opening in March 2017.

Brandora, I love it! Thank you, thank you!
